- Do not eat saturated oils setuap more than 20 grams a day , and use as little as possible trans oil . Saturated fat and trans fat will cause inflammation of the arteries . One of the things we humans spend the most time with is our hair. We wash it almost on a daily basis, we have it cut, we curl it, in fact, our hairstyle reveals our personality.
With that said, we want to take care of our hair and make it look the best that we can. Here are some tips I've found over the years that makes my hair look great. These are things you will not find in the hair product aisle of your local store but in the food and drink section.
Beer
I started using beer in my hair in my late teens. I was at first hesitant to waste a good can of beer on my hair, but when I used it, I found out that it worked. Apparently beer provides B Vitamins in addition to proteins to your hair. These will repair your damaged hair and provide more body to it making it look fuller.
Eggs
Like beer, eggs also contain a large amount of protein. If you rub a raw egg into your hair prior to shampooing, you will strengthen your hair and provide more volume making it look fuller. Some people like to crack the egg in a bowl and mix and then applied to their hair. I like to just crack the egg over my head and mix it in my hair. Then I shampoo thoroughly and rinse it out.
Coconut Oil
Coconut oil is used in India for proper hair care. Not only is it an excellent conditioner, but it also repairs damaged hair. Like beer and eggs, it provides proteins to nourish the hair. If used regularly, the oil will provide nutrition and keep your hair free of dandruff and lice.
Mayonnaise
If you don't have an egg, then you may want to consider using mayonnaise. Mayonnaise also contained eggs that can provide the necessary proteins for your hair. But if I had my choice, I would choose an egg before I used mayonnaise.
The use of honey in your hair is not appealing when first thought about because of its sticky nature. But it does work and repairs damaged and dull looking hair. Rub the honey in your hair and then rinse with a fine shampoo.
Most of these remedies state that you should leave it in your hair for 20 minutes. Not being a person who wants to stand around, I put one of these remedies in my hair, wash the rest of my body and then shampoo. This means it is probably in my hair for about 2 minutes but I still see great results using these remedies for this short amount of time.

1. Remove any and all makeup with a gentle, preferably all-natural makeup remover.

In the simplest terms, premature ejaculation occurs when a man does not have control over ejaculation, and he and his partner are not sexually satisfied, says Dr. Kramer. Premature ejaculation can happen in as little as 30 seconds to a minute and may occur even before penetration. Contrary to the unrealistic depictions men may see featured in pornographic films, the average time it takes before a man ejaculates during intercourse is about four to five minutes, says Kramer.
Premature ejaculation can also co-exist with erectile dysfunction (ED) and may sometimes need to be distinguished from that sexual problem. “It can happen to men of all ages, but in younger men it’s usually premature ejaculation,” says Kramer. “In older men in their sixties and seventies, there is usually some degree of ED. Sometimes the [penis] just ejaculates when it’s flaccid.”
Pinpointing the Causes of Premature Ejaculation
There are many theories about the cause of premature ejaculation, but the exact cause is unknown. Premature ejaculation can be rooted in physical, psychological, or emotional issues. “A lot of it is psychological,” says Kramer. Doctors, he adds, may try to explore both physical and psychological/emotional causes in patients with premature ejaculation. “We may ask, ‘Are you comfortable with your partner? Are you very anxious around them?’”
Anxiety in general, as well as other emotional and psychological factors such as stress or depression, can also contribute to premature ejaculation.
Treatment Options for Premature Ejaculation
Doctors often try counseling to treat premature ejaculation. That may include psychotherapy as well learning ways to communicate with a partner about sexual dysfunction.
Another effective method of treating premature ejaculation is to have patients work with their partner or through masturbation to train the body — just as you might for a marathon — to hold off ejaculation, says Kramer. “Get to the point when you are going to ejaculate and then stop and think about sports or something else to cool down,” says Kramer. “Train your body to master that response when you are with your partner.”
Other treatment options for premature ejaculation include well-known medications used to treat depression such as Paxil (Paroxetine), Zoloft (Sertraline), and Prozac (Fluoxetine), says Kramer. Another pharmacological option might be using numbing creams such as lidocaine and Emla directly on the penis.
These therapies may be used together in different combinations to treat premature ejaculation, help patients achieve greater satisfaction in their sex life, and improve their overall sense of self-esteem.
